The Voice is the quarterly magazine of the Parish of Waterloo Bay and it incorporates activities and matters of interest regarding parishioners of St George’s, Birkdale and St James’ Wellington Point. The publication is issued each December, March, June and September.
Each edition of The Voice contains reports; both written and pictorial, of events that have taken place in the parish, or in which parishioners have taken part, during the preceding three months. This forms a record of activities within the Anglican Parish of Waterloo Bay Occasionally, travel or some other articles are held over for the following edition, through lack of space. It’s good, however, to know that our parish is active and alive. Parishioners often contribute inspirational articles and humorous or thought provoking snippets, or other material worthy of publication.
The Voice was first published in the middle 2003 and has been produced quarterly since then.
The parish appreciates the faith of local business people who sponsor the publication by advertising their businesses for a nominal charge. Please contact the church office if you would like to advertise on our magazine. The revenue assists with the costs of printing and postage of those copies not hand delivered. The assistance of parishioners who do deliver copies to their family, friends and neighbours, is as always very much appreciated.
