The pew sheets are a four page booklet which are published weekly and known as The Tidings. It is put together by several volunteers within the parish and is then printed in the Parish office on a Friday morning.
It is a wonderful way of communicating with members of the church family both locally here in the Redlands, as well as those who may be spread around the world. The Tidings are emailed to parish members who have indicated they wish to receive it this way while others prefer to pick it up at church on Sundays.
The Tidings is produced in 2 parts:-
The outside cover is also known as the bulletin board. It consists of the weekly calendar, notices & forthcoming events that directly concern parish members. It also contains a list of service times and current home & family groups.
The inside pages are relevant to the weekly church services. They include the 4 readings which will be used on Sunday, prayers for various parish members as well as those celebrating birthdays or anniversaries and a healing prayer list for those who are suffering illness.

A monthly calendar is also printed for inclusion in The Tidings on the last Sunday of each month. It informs parishioners of forthcoming events such as bus trips, parish dinners, baptisms and weddings ahead of time so that they can then plan to attend these happenings.
It is very easy to have a notice or a forthcoming event inserted into the Tidings. Just contact the office by Thursday of each week and it will be included in the Tidings for the following Sunday. Phone 3822 1110 on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday before 10am or complete the Contact Form
